During the experience, we will taste the most underrated cuisine in Barcelona: high-quality cuts of meat from dry aged charcuterie to remarkable Chuletón (Spanish ribeye steak), stone-grilled at your table. We will start at a locals-only bar, where cold cuts are a must. Then, we’ll head to one of the best butchers in town to learn more about how we eat and prepare Spanish charcuterie. Our next stop will be at a "hidden gem" family-owned restaurant where they prepare the best steak in the city. Of course, each bite along the way will be expertly paired with local beverages. The neighborhood where our journey takes place is a true Barcelonian neighborhood, a special place where I guarantee you will experience real city life,, away from the tourists. All the meat served on this tour is sourced from small producers in Spain, all of which try hard to be as sustainable as possible. Come, eat, and enjoy with no regrets!
